Notes
-
- the conductor is metrically (mm²) constructed, AWG numbers are approximated, and are for reference only
Application
-
- Very good copper screening prevents strong electromagnetic interference pulses and is therefore particularly well suited as a data transfer and connection cable for machine and motor industries. Especially under adverse weather and environmental conditions, this cable has proven itself due to its distinct thermal and chemical properties (temperature range -40°C to +80°C). In addition, excellent mechanical properties, e.g. high compressive strength, very good abrasion and wear resistance, are all properties that guarantee a long service life. EMC= Electromagnetic Compatibility; in order to optimise EMC properties, we recommend a double-sided and all-round large contact area of the copper braiding.
